Yosef has a vision to take back the control of his T/P/O (Time, Place, Occurrence) through financial freedom. He started a journey of acquiring cash-flowing multifamily apartments as a tool to create multiple passive income streams and to achieve generational wealth.
Along this journey, he wants to help others crush their limiting beliefs, and to empower them to become better version of themselves to live their lives on their own terms through investing in passive income generating assets.
As a managing partner of Syndicro & Partners Capital, Yosef and his partners focus on acquiring 50 to 150-unit multifamily apartments that are underperforming with high upside. His team strategically reposition the properties and manages them ensuring that the properties are maximizing their cash flow potential.
